Alex Goering Chosen Out of 300 Applicants to Receive this National Honor
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes agent Alex Goering is by all definitions, a performer. Whether he’s on stage in a live production, belting out solos in an opera, or going above and beyond to help his clients realize their real estate dreams, Alex is a performer; a great one. There’s no question his performance, both as a REALTORⓇ and in his community service endeavors, helped earn Alex a place on the “30 Under 30” list.
When Alex started working in real estate in 2014, there’s no way he could have foreseen that within five short years he’d earn national recognition as one of the most promising young leaders within our industry. His reasons for becoming an agent didn’t include seeking recognition or notoriety. He was drawn to it because it gave him the flexibility to continue pursuing his passions and allow him to incorporate skills he developed through his artistic background.
“I felt like real estate would allow me to be creative - both in marketing materials and general problem-solving.” Alex continued, “I was also drawn to the ability to work in real estate full-time on my own schedule, allowing for some time each week to spend on my various other endeavors. ”
After being an agent for a few years, Alex is now proud to count working in real estate as not only a job but as another one of his passions. He finds personal and professional fulfillment in virtually all facets of being an agent. Whether he’s working through different transaction types, walking first-time buyers through the ins and outs of home ownership, or serving on professional boards, Alex puts unbridled enthusiasm and his best effort into everything he does.
While he does all of this out of a desire to make a positive mark in people’s lives, we’re grateful that the publishers of REALTORⓇ Magazine, took notice and deemed his hard work worthy of national recognition. Someone else who took notice of Alex’s outstanding work from early on is the Agent Adviser in his office, Christian Zarif.
“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Alex for several years and have watched him develop into not only a great REALTORⓇ advocate but an informed and decisive leader within our industry. Alex’s innovative approach to solving challenges for his clients and for our industry is admirable,” shared Zarif.
BHGRE Kansas City Homes CEO, David Cooper was also quick to voice his high opinion of Alex’s work as an agent.
“In his five short years as an agent, Alex has become not just a top producer in sales but a valuable asset in all areas of this industry,” Cooper said. “He always lends a helping hand and continually gives back to the community, a genuine leader in everything he touches.”
Alex has accomplished a lot in his burgeoning real estate career. He’s certainly earned the respect and admiration of those in his office and company, not to mention the attention of Sherry Chris, Chief Executive Officer and President, Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate LLC. Sherry believes Alex represents the Expect Better® service philosophy and performance excellence that the global brand stands for, which helped position him to earn this recognition.
“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and BHGRE Kansas City Homes have created a culture and infrastructure that empowers and encourages young entrepreneurs within our industry to achieve success. Our collective mission is to prepare them to become future leaders in their brokerage, the global brand and the real estate industry at large,” said Chris.
Alex and his 29 fellow honorees will appear in the May-June issue of REALTORⓇ Magazine. This national exposure will allow a wide audience to get to know these 30 young professionals; to find out more about what drives their success, and what gives them so much promise to be future leaders in the real estate industry.
