Patricia LoCascio, Fairway, KS
We met Kelly well over a year before we finally listed our house. Together we saw dozens of houses, over months and months, with four small children in tow. Through it all she remained enthusiastic, level-headed, and above all, an absolute asset. With four small children (all under 6), preparing our house to list was wildly challenging. Kelly was such a resource. She guided us through prioritizing our to-do list, she had recommendations for reliable contractors, and even expertly staged our house. Selling our house was an absolute whirl-wind. Day one closed with two dozen showings and by day two we had seven (I think?) offers in hand. In the all of the chaos, Kelly remained practical, level, and so very supportive. As we were negotiating the specifics of the sale of our house, we were also navigating the purchase of our new house (in Portland, OR). Kelly had absolutely no responsibility to us in the uphill battle that is buying a house out of state, sight unseen and still, she was available. We had an agent in Oregon but Kelly remained an emotional pillar through the storm. Kelly exceeded every expectation far beyond any and all of the metrics in any survey and more. She had redefined our definition of a professional realtor. Kelly started off as our neighbors agent. Today, I call her a family friend. She held my hand through more than one outrageous emotional storm, made and kept herself available at any and all hours of the day, and had all answers to any questions we thought of. I would *insist* any friend or family member used Kelly as an agent in the purchase or selling of a house in Kansas City. She's knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. But she's still so very approachable, warm, and kind.
