I have been a real estate professional since 2000. I am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and I have helped over 250 families buy or sell their home. The real estate business is constantly evolving and I enjoy the challenge of balancing these changes while continuing to meet my client’s needs. I am determined to provide each client with an optimum level of service by maintaining a diligent work ethic from start to finish. My career began in new construction at Briarcliff West from 2001 to 2003. This is where I gained knowledge and experience in selling luxury homes. From 2003 to 2006, I was the lead agent at the Tiffany Lakes subdivision in Platte County, where I also sold villas and single-family high end homes. Since 2007, I have been working with the Drake’s Crossing subdivision; one of Platte County’s best selling subdivisions.
Our team is experienced with servicing an expanse of individuals and families. However, we are notably accomplished in new construction, resale homes, foreclosures, and short sales. In a tough economy, our team’s excellent marketing insight is the most vital component for helping our clients. In an effort to increase our efficiency, we offer programs that are designed to meet our seller’s and buyer’s most pressing needs. For sellers, we have a Guaranteed Sale program that confirms our promise to purchase their home if it does not sell in the appropriated amount of time. For buyers, we provide a “love it or leave it” program. In this agreement we offer to sell a home for free within the first 12 months if any crucial circumstance should arise that prohibits our clients from keeping their home or if they are unhappy with their purchase.
I have also represented buyers and sellers who have bought or sold existing homes. I am experienced in pricing resale homes to sell quickly and helping buyers get the best deals when purchasing a resale home. Since a portion of my expertise is in short sale and foreclosure, I work closely with my clients during crucial economical times. I am driven to successfully resolve my client’s conflict and helping them preserve their livelihood.
