Edna and I are dedicated in our efforts to exceeding your expectations when it comes to buying or selling your home. Together, we possess the extensive real estate knowledge, efficiency, and attention to detail that every client deserves. We are small enough to care and large enough to meet your needs.
I have been a licensed agent in both Kansas and Missouri since 2003 and Edna has been a licensed agent in Missouri since 1997. While we have lived in the Northland area since the mid-1970s, we find it very rewarding to work with home owners and buyers across the entire Kansas City Metro Area. We always keep in mind the huge transition our clients are undertaking and we are committed to providing the best service to everyone we meet. It is our ambition to make your number one goal our number one goal.
In volume, the Bradley Team has been ranked in the top 10% of Northland agents. We specialize in internet marketing. Our presentations include virtual tours on listings, continuous updates on (buyer and seller) listings, and we utilize internet flyers to agents. We also provide complimentary services, such as, locating schools and daycares, researching local events, and citing community building activities for out-of-town buyers.
Earlier in our careers, we concurrently managed two high end subdivisions, which increased our dedication and pursuit in the real estate industry. However, our best interests rest with resale and first time home buyers. While we are experienced in selling houses in all ranges, we simply want people to know that the cost of the home they are buying does not matter. We have an established, unique balance in our real estate experience and we are here to help you.
Prior to real estate, I served as a high school teacher for Architectural Drafting at North Kansas City High School. Additionally, since the 1980s, I enjoyed serving as Head Coach for the baseball and softball teams, as well as the position of Assistant Football Coach at North Kansas City High School. In 2002, I was inducted into the Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. The esteem of this accomplishment carries over into my real estate career and encourages me to help clients achieve their dreams.
In the past, we have also participated or supported one another in the Northland Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, Relay for Life with American Cancer Society, the Harvest Ball Committee, and several education-related organizations.
Both Edna and I are passionate about children and helping others get connected to their communities. We have two grown children - our son serves as a firefighter and our daughter works as a registered nurse. As a family, we feel it is important to give back to the community and we encouraged our children to find ways to give back to the community that helped bring them up.
Edna and I are family oriented and we enjoy spending most of our free time with our children and granddaughter. When time allows, she and I travel together. My personal hobbies include hunting, fishing, and any kind of sports – though baseball is my main passion. After 30 years of coaching, I am still an umpire for high school baseball and softball.
In our careers as real estate agents, we are continually broadening the Bradley family and building relationships that exceed the buying or selling of a home. We are always willing to work toward a common good and help meet the needs of those around us. Truly, the people we have met and the relationships still to come are what we consider to be the most profitable aspect of real estate.
