Get To Know Edna BradleyBack
As a team, Tom and I are continuously committed to going above and beyond what is required in the buying or selling of your home. Our compassion for meeting your needs, our diverse professional experiences, and our knowledge of real estate are combined to serve every client’s best interest.
I have been a licensed agent in Missouri since 1997, while Tom, who is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, has been an agent since 2003. We have lived in the Northland area since the mid-1970s. Our career in real estate and our involvement in local communities enable us to work with individuals and families anywhere in the Kansas City Metro Area. We have been a team throughout our marriage – supporting each other and raising a family – so coming together as a real estate team seems very natural to us.
In volume, the Bradley Team has been ranked in the top 10% of Northland agents. We specialize in internet marketing. Our presentations include virtual tours on listings, continuous updates on (buyer and seller) listings, and we utilize internet flyers to agents. We also provide complimentary services, such as, locating schools and daycares, researching local events, and citing community building activities for out of town buyers.
Earlier in our career, we concurrently managed two high end subdivisions, which increased our dedication and pursuit in the real estate industry. However, our best interests rest with resale and first time home buyers. While we are experienced in selling houses in all ranges, we simply want people to know that the cost of the home they are buying does not matter. We have an established, unique balance in our real estate experience and we are here to help you.
Tom and I are Fine Home and Relocation Certified, both increase our capacity to successfully work with sellers in all markets and help out of town buyers find a home that meets their requirements. I also have designations which include the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI). These two designation serve to keep myself and my clients educated on the changes that may occur in the buying or selling process.
Our interest goes beyond selling someone a home and we feel strongly about being involved in our community. In the past, Tom and I have either participated or supported each other in Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society, the Northland Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, served on the Harvest Ball Committee and Parkville’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Commission. I previously served as President of the High School PTA and we both remain actively involved with several local educational organizations.
Tom and I are passionate about children and helping others get connected to their community. We have two children. Our son serves as a firefighter and our daughter works as a registered nurse. We raised our family to value their community and encouraged our children in finding ways to give back to the place that helped bring them up. I believe our son and daughter chose their careers based upon the importance of giving. This principle has continually increased our quality of life and relationships.
Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a community healthcare educator for a home healthcare agency. I am thankful for the opportunities afforded to me while working in healthcare marketing. I especially enjoyed serving as the Chairperson on the Board of Collaboration Works, where I worked with a non-profit organization to provide medical supplies for those who are uninsured. My experience in that position allowed me to work with business professionals, community doctors and hospitals, and contributes to the communication skills I use to connect with people from all walks of life.
Tom and I love spending time with our family, especially our granddaughter. We travel together, when we have spare time. I also enjoy knitting and reading.
Of course, we both share a genuine interest in our careers. We are certain that the most rewarding element of being in real estate is the people we meet and the relationships we continue to have with our clients. We consider them an extension of the Bradley family and hope to continue building relationships that will last far beyond buying or selling a home.
